Today I was out on my banboard. It’s like a skateboard about 2 feet long, 8 inches wide. No wheels. It blows a tiny bit of air so that it hovers.
What I’ve been doing for the last few years is sitting on it and going on a ride through town. Down the driveway, onto the sidewalk, across the train tracks (which is on a slight hill - hmm how have I been making it across) the train track hill gives mi a bit of speed I go through the main part of town - there are 6 to 10 old mom and pop sized stores (I never seen to count all of them) at the end I turn left which has some more old shops, about 4. I cross the street, turn around, and go back. The whole trip takes the morning. It gives me time to think about nothing. if I were to walk this I would say 15-20 minutes.
Today there’s a tourist who wants to talk to me about my banboard. When you put your hand against the bottom only a tiny bit of air comes out. Pretty amazing how that’s done giving the fact that it’s less than half an inch thick and it seems so solid. Another think, I’ve never had to charge it. As I think about it, the only way it would work is if the sidewalk were very flat… Which it isn’t. Pretty amazing. There is one rocker switch, it switches between forward and reverse. Reverse gives less air so I would never use it. Besides I could just turn the ban board around.

Draw a banboard. It's like a skateboard about 2 feet long, 8 inches wide. No wheels. It blows a tiny bit of air so that it hovers, about an inch of the ground. Draw an adult sitting on it, riding down the street part on old touristy past of the small town. Photo
