My first days are to watch videos. The boss is an idiot. One video is to make sure that when you are dicing potatoes to make sure each potato cube is exactly the same size and exactly square.

One person (in the accounting section) is being fired for being slow.
The general attitude is the business is closing down. People are sticking around until they can find new jobs. However I’ve been hired to keep it running. But I’m stuck watching videos on the proper way to sign a document! I’m not even sure what the business does.
